Compliance Problems

According to the information provided by Fintelegram, it appears that PayWiser is a payment processor for a broker scam called Billion Forex (www.billionforex.com),  operated by BillionTraders Services OÜ in Estonia and Billion Traders Ltd in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The website claims to be part of FCA-regulated Billion Key Ltd, although this connection seems either false or in violation of regulatory requirements. Payment deposits for the scam are processed through the TEXCENT payment platform, operated by Texcent UK Ltd based in the United Kingdom.

Google: 5 Stars with 4 Reviews, no Trustpilot reviews yet.

Conclusion

Paywiser has received an ORANGE rating due to its association with the Billion Forex scam.  Moreover, the lack of customer reviews is an issue. So we stayed on the safe side and assigned an ORANGE compliance rating.
