The gateway is operated via the Belize-registered Brighter Technologies Ltd.

To merchants without bank accounts, BrightCart offers settlements in the USDT stablecoin.

BrightCard was co-founded by Theo Antoniou (LinkedIn), who also co-founded LegionPay (PR42 profile).

BrightCart is an unregulated offshore payment gateway and merchant service provider operated from Cyprus. Although we have not yet received any complaints we advise caution and include the gateway operator in our “Orange Compliance” list.
