Klyme Red-Listed Following “Yapily Leaks” Scandal

Published:

The “Tech Layer” Shielding High-Risk Casinos from Regulation

RatEx42 has officially moved Klyme (Klyme Ltd) to the RED LIST (High Risk) following verified whistleblower evidence linking the company to unlicensed gambling operations and retaliatory compliance practices.

Klyme poses as a harmless “technology provider” for Open Banking, but a recent data leak reveals it acts as a critical gateway for illegal casinos to access the European banking system. By piggybacking on the license of Yapily Connect UAB, Klyme services merchants that regulated banks would typically reject.

Key Findings:

  • The “Shadow” Stack: Klyme does not hold a financial license. It uses Yapily’s PISP license to process payments for unlicensed casinos like Winhero (winhero.com).
  • Retaliatory Compliance: Leaked internal emails from February 2026 show Yapily instructing Klyme to blacklist a Dutch user who complained about an illegal deposit, rather than investigating the merchant.
  • Regulatory Arbitrage: Despite operating from the UK (Wirral), Klyme exploits the passporting rights of its partner to service markets like the Netherlands and Germany without adhering to local gambling laws.

RatEx42 Recommendation: 🔴 DO NOT USE.

Consumers should avoid “Pay by Bank” interfaces powered by Klyme at offshore merchants. There is no recourse for refunds, and your banking data is being processed by an entity that prioritizes shielding illegal merchants over consumer protection.
