The current account offered on the Banxe platform is an e-money account provided by the FCA-regulated e-Money Institution Tompay LTD.

Tompay LTD keeps customers’ money (in equivalent amount to issued e-money available to customers) in a safeguarding account. This measure protects customers in case of Tompay LTD’s insolvency.

The crypto exchange and trading services offered on the Banxe platform are solely provided by OÜ NeuroNext (PC42 profile), authorized by the Estonian FIU.

Banxe clients are not protected by the Financial Ombudsman Service and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.
